Mohanlal will have another release this month in the movie 'Pakal Nakshatrangal'. Slated for a release on the 29th of November, the movie is directed by industry veteran Rajeevnath.

Young actor Anoop Menon debuts into screenplay writing through this movie, which will make a nostalgic trip to the lives of a group of intellectuals, in the later half of the nineties. Mohanlal plays Siddharthan an erstwhile director while Suresh Gopi is also in the cast as his friend, playing a V S S C scientist. The movie, according to the initial reports is planned as an investigative thriller.

Mohanlal will have a hectic schedule this month with a number of movies, waiting to complete its shooting schedules. Lal's Christmas offering ‘Red Chillies’ with Shaji Kailas will be one among them.

Mohanlal who has just completed a European tour will also start his new film 'Sagar Elias Jackie reloaded' with young director Amal Neerad, this week itself. Amal is planning to start the shoot schedules with visualizing the songs of the movie.
